Vitatek Solutions Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Shipping Within Canada
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Free Shipping orders, we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and change this offer at any time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We use Canada Post to ship to P.O. boxes. Please choose Canada Post shipping option at checkout if you are providing a P.O. box shipping address.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9 – 1415 Hunter Ct in Kelowna, BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same business day.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not offer international shipping through web orders. Please contact Vitatek Solutions directly for an international order quote.
Order Status Updates
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
