Soft Surface Sanitizer

Safe and Applicable on most surfaces

Vital Oxide's non-ionic formula will not break down acid dye blockers in fiber which helps preserve the colours on your fabrics. Safe for carpet. It works by means of oxidation. Carpet mill tested and approved, leaving your carpet smelling fresh. Highly effective on urine-bacteria and smoke odour. It works as an allergen reducer, effective on mold, dust mites and pet dander.

Spills and spots are inevitable, but they do not have to be permanent. The right cleaning solutions can help keep your facility's carpet looking its best between professional deep cleanings. To identify superior performing cleaning products, CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) has developed the Seal of Approval program.

CRI worked with an independent laboratory to test off-the-shelf spot removers and pre-spray solutions. Of the 25 products tested, only four cleaned a soiled carpet sample better than water. Some caused the cleaned carpet area to re-soil faster and — worse — some products damaged the carpet's colour and texture.
Vital Oxide outperformed all products in the test, proving it is a heavy duty odour eliminator after removing the strongest, deep set pet odours.

Dilution Ratio: Use Vital Oxide in a 5:1 dilution ratio for pre-spray carpet sanitization.
